Ingredients
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 onion
* 1 1/2 c minute rice
* 2 1/2 cups beef broth (3 beef cubes)
* 1/2 t salt
* 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional you can use other veggies too)
* 1 clove garlic finely chopped
* 3 t curry powder
* 1/4 t cayenne pepper
* 1 T worcestershire sauce
* Sour cream
Directions
1. Brown beef till no longer pink; drain fat
2. Add rice and finish browning
3. Add the remaining ingredients
4. Heat to boiling; stir well and cover
5. Simmer 20 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed
6. Garnish with dollops of sour cream
